I I have been a client of Promenade Dental for over 20 years having changed to them following a bad experience with another dentist. I cannot fault the service and facilities. The team are super friendly special mention to the lovely reception staff who put you at ease the minute you walk in.I recently had composite bonding to my teeth . In fact it was complicated as I had succumbed whilst on holiday in South Africa and unfortunately it was not done correctly. Alex had to remove all the bad work before he could start again. He was so patient and explained everything beforehand. He is a perfectionist with great attention to detail. I am absolutely delighted with the result and feel so much more confident. The cost was significantly less than other quotes I received. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone considering composite and Promenade as an excellent Debtal practice.

Extremely fortunate to be a patient at this practice since I moved here in 2017. Used to have the wonderful Regina as a dentist but now she's gradually reducing her caseload, I have moved over to Harriet who's also brilliant. I've had a few personal worries recently, but it's always reassuring to visit this practice where staff are warm and treat you with utmost care - the whole 'journey' from arrival with reception to dental treatment itself is a positive one. I've also had follow up calls to check I'm ok which is really something. Thanks, Team.

Monique is by far the best hygienist I have ever had in the 30+ years of having regular cleanings.An incredible deep clean with fantastic attention to detail. You can tell that time and care is taken followed up with just the right amount of admonishment to do more flossing without making you feel bad.I would 100% recommend.

I signed up to The Promenade Dental Practice in 2008, and stayed for 15 years until I moved away. Treatment has always been excellent, and the admin team friendly and incredibly efficient. They're a great dentists practice.

I had my first check-up with Aida Abas on 20/06/2024. Aida was amazing I told her that I was allergic to epinephrine and have a needle phobia, and she was so understanding and put my mind at ease for my first appointment today, 18/07/2024. I was a bit apprehensive goi g to my appointment but Aida make me feel relaxed and actually excited for the appointment as she was so friendly, upbeat, and and letting me know that there was nothing to worry about. Aida was sensational and so professional. In all my years Aida is the first dentist that I have had where I didn’t feel any pain or anxiety having the local anaesthetic - I actually didn’t even feel her do it - yeah she is that good. What I liked was that Aida went through all the steps of what she was going to do and also told me what she was doing while she was doing it, which both helped me relax and also masked the sound of that dreaded drill (great technique). Aida deserves more that 5 Stars, and also a bonus or pay rise. I highly recommend Aida. Thank you so much! 🙏🏾 Xx

Iv been with promenade for a few years now and it is honestly the best practice I have ever been with. Struggling with a phobia of the dentist I have always felt completely out at ease whenever I visit. Ida the dentist I see regularly is absolutely amazing and has always made me feel comfortable and heard. All my treatments from her have been done so well. Cannot recommend promenade enough!!
